October 27th, 2015 (Dallas, TX) – McChesney & Ortwerth, LLC is proud to announce that Brian Scott McChesney, a founding member of the firm, has been elected to the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). McChesney’s election to ABOTA was based upon his nomination by the Missouri chapter, his trial record and courtroom experience.

Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, ABOTA seeks attorneys “who display skill, civility and integrity, to help younger attorneys achieve a higher level of trial advocacy and to educate the public about the vital importance of the Seventh Amendment.” Said McChesney, “It’s an honor to be associated with ABOTA, fighting to protect the rights of our citizens to have their disputes decided by juries of their peers, not by some bureaucrat or governmental entity. McChesney, a native of Omaha, Nebraska, is a 1992 graduate of the Saint Louis University School of Law. He has earned an A.V. Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell and been inducted into the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. His litigation practice includes personal injury, wrongful death, and work as a St. Louis divorce and family law attorney.
